  • 2.0 out of 5 stars Didn't last long
The "velcro" secures on the wrists are not actual velcro, it's the cheap plastic type velcro that will only work about 15 times before it practically stops sticking altogether. Material isn't that durable either, as it is cracking and wearing through after the same number of uses. It made for good protection while it lasted, I guess. The only "durable" part of the gloves are the rubber backing. Because it's rubber and on the back of the gloves. ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Good work glove. Moderate ruggedness and dexterity. Capacitive index finger and thumb.
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
Disclaimer: I received this product for free through the Vine program. I requested the large size gloves and they fit my hands, but the gloves are just a tiny bit on the small size. The construction is of all synthetic materials, primarily polyester, nylon, and elastane (a type of polyurethane). The gloves are comfortable and the sewn-on rubber knuckle shields and faux leather palm patches provide good protection against abrasions and cuts and fair protection against punctures. I haven't had the gloves long enough to get a feel for their durability. I have some concern that with use, the sewn-on patches might eventually start to come off. The gloves are dexterous enough to allow you to use a pen or pick up a #8 screw. Typing on a keyboard is possible, but clumsy. The thumb and index finger have capacitive tips that allow you to use a touch screen with them. They are not as dexterous and flexible as a Mechanix glove, but they feel more rugged, and would last longer with rugged work like picking up rough lumber or rocks. I like these gloves and am happy to have them. At the current price of just under $15 they are a good value. ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Generally good, but horrible tags. I prefer a different pair of Denali gloves
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
I ordered three different pairs of Denali gloves. Specifically, these ones with the protection across the entire back and palms , these ones with a little less protection , and these other one with less protection . I'm submitting the same review for all three pairs. They all suffer from the same flaws with respect to the tags. The left hand glove has a rather large and annoying tag that absolutely must be cut out. The left hand -and- the right hand gloves have little tags on the outside that say "Denali". Those little Denali tags stick a little way into the inside of the glove along the seam and the inside corner of the tags can start digging into the side of your hand. The little tags probably wouldn't be a problem if the gloves were loose fitting. These aren't loose fitting. As such, it's tag cutting time. Good luck not cutting the thread holding the seam together. Of the three pairs, the better design for me is these ones with the protection across the entire back and palms because the velcro strap is on the back of the wrist, which works better for me. Also, they seem to fit a little better (not as tight). ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Great to Look At
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
These gloves are great to look at! I put them on and thought they were really an eye catcher. I decided to try these for mechanical work as I recently was trying to remove this bolt from under the car and as I went to give it a strike with my hand to loosen it, the bolt gave way and my fingers smashed against something. I bruised the bone on my ring finger, right under my fingernail. These gloves don’t really have that padded protection you need. The “protection” is like an abundance of some material. I went around my home hitting everything carelessly with my hands at my side. From walls to chairs, the dining table, doorknobs, countertops, and sinks, I kept feeling the impact through the glove. I’m probably going a little too overboard with my expectations, but the gloves are great. They look great and are thin enough to have your hand slide through engine parts and all! ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Size up if you can.
I have very wide hands, palm width about 4 inches, and the XL size of these is a bit snug (XL is what I normally wear.) Not unusable, but too tight when I make a fist. Size up if you can. Otherwise, these are well made gloves. No seams digging into my fingers. Everything is stitched well. The rubber on the back of the gloves is thick, but segmented, so it doesn't interfere with bending my fingers. The hook-and-loop closure keeps the gloves on my hands; they don't slide off. The palms have patches of a heaver material, but they would have been better made with one piece instead of multiple ones. Splinters occasionally poke me between the patches, and they wrinkle somewhat uncomfortably when I close my hand. I use this sort of impact protected glove as PPE while cutting firewood to keep from banging my hands up, and these work OK in that respect. If you can size up then my complaints will probably be non-issues for you. ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Nice gloves but run a little small
These are nice gloves they are comfortable and seem to hold up well. My only complaint is I always wear and extra large in gloves and these are definitely a little small so I would order up one size of you can.

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Good Knuckle Protection - run a bit small
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
These Denali Impact Protected Touch Screen Work Gloves work well and do what they should They are well made and provide good protection for my knuckles. I ordered these gloves for use on projects around the yard, house, and with my vehicles. My hands tend to take a beating on the back of hands/knuckles most - these give me that added protection. The touch screen functionality works well - no issues with my iPhone. The gloves run a bit small, not terrible but if you have larger sized hands - order up. Because of all the protection, the gloves can be a bit less flexible, but its a trade-off for the added protection. Overall they are well constructed and provide that added impact protection when you need it. ... show more
