OK, so I got the wrong size. These are huge so they will leak on your not-huge guy. Get the right size and these are great. It says "Compare to Depends". I looked for cheaper "Depend" adult diapers and couldn't find any nearly as cheap as Amazon's. My hubby swears by these. They're the only ADs I tried (and I tried 6 different brands/types) that fit well and don't leak ... UNLESS ... My hubby has dementia, so sometimes he knows what that feeling is and sometimes he doesn't. When he's just not "feelin it", he will sit in a soggy AD until pee squishes out of it. That cannot be helped by any AD. It will look obviously engorged before it becomes able to leak. Keep an eye out & don't let him sit all day! These are the best for men. Period. (True of S-M size, which I got later). Note that you can buy these in 3 packs and subscribe to save money. ... show more

I got tired of having to wear many brands that only made underwear in grey color. I get why but I really like the white underwear color. I use these for daytime but they hold everything when I'm stuck in a situation where I loose all control of my bladder. I ordered for my mom in size Small. They seem to be OK, adequate size. However, the leg opening is too big and can cause leakage. Especially for restless patients that move a lot. Also, there is no leg cuffs. You will need plastic diaper covers. I might even try a period underwear to be worn on top to keep it in place. ... show more
