I have tried just about every high quality incontinent brief available and these are one of my favorites. However, like some have mentioned in previous comments, these are indeed very thick. When they absorb liquid, they do swell considerably so I recommend these only be worn around the house, long car rides, or at bedtime because they are not discreet under clothes, or even baggy clothes. You will likely be noticed if walking around in public. That is the only downside if you are wanting something to wear discreetly in public. Wearing a thinner, high quality brief is recommended for casual public outings. The positive side of this product is that they are extremely comfortable. They fit very well and you won’t have to worry about leaks if properly fitted. These are a superior brief and do last for many many hours. They absorb very well, keep you dry, and the tapes are very strong. I have very mild bowel incontinence and a overactive bladder that I cannot control due to a spinal injury in my youth. I drive a lot for work, and finding an accessible restroom quick enough isn’t always easy! These allow me to be worry free from any embarrassing accidents I might have without proper protection. Also, I like to stay clean and these definitely help with odor until I can change. Although these are expensive, they are worth the money and you absolutely do get what you pay for. Similar to the Mega Max, these are exceptionally high capacity diaper-style briefs for incontinence. They are comfortable and the absorbency is truly remarkable. The absorbency comes from generous padding, so they are thicker than almost any other diaper/brief I have used through the years.     • Excellent Overnight Diaper for Nocturnal Enuresis!

I absolutely love this diaper! Never had tried Trest before and when I saw some reviews and saw they made it in a mint green color I had to try. Nice to have color options. I don't wear for enjoyment but necessity. And when you have to wear diapers you might as well have color options. I took a risk wearing these for the first night on vacation in a bed that I don't own without a protective sheet not knowing how they would do. I ended up having very bad nightmares my first night in the condo where I am staying and ended up completely soaking the diaper to max capacity. Everything including the core stayed in place with no leaks! I would say this has slightly more absorbancy than the ABU brand of diapers. I put them on about 10 p.m. and woke up around 4:30 or 5 a.m. to find them completely full and needing to change. That's about 6 and a half to 7 hours of wear! Not as good as a megamax from northshore for going longer between changes but better than the 4 hours till max capacity from the ABU brand. It is also very soft and comfortable to wear. I will definitely be buying these diapers again! They are an excellent overnight diaper! ... show more
