Features

  • Incontinence: Stress Incontinence is associated with the leakage of small amounts of urine during sneezing, coughing and other activities which increase the pressure in the abdomen. Urge Incontinence is an overactive bladder cause leakage of large amounts of urine at unexpected times, including sleep. iStim V2 Incontinence Electrical Stimulation is indeed the right device for solving incontinence issues. Both stress and urge incontinence, the most common types of incontinence, could be reduced.
  • iStim V2 INCONTINENCE STIMULATOR: With 5 Preset EMS Programs, 0-99 Level Intensity, and key lock function. Use iStim V2 to practice Kegel exercise for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and achieve postpartum recovery. Once strength has been improved by the brief courses of electrical stimulation, the muscles are better able to resist urinary leakage caused by external pressures applied to bladder.

  • Stick With It
This device absolutely works if you have a weak pelvic floor. If you're experiencing urinary incontinence, your situation may absolutely get worse before it gets better but POWER THROUGH. This is essentially a more powerful TENS/EMS device. In fact, if you happen to have a TENS/EMS device at home (I did), you can plug the probe into it and see that it works but the highest setting on that device is very low compared to this device. I used it twice a day for 4 months. I could see that my incontinence issue was changing somehow right away. It was still there and at some point it got worse but I understand that the science is sound so I stuck with it. I no longer have an incontinence issue and let's just say that my ability to experience pleasure has greatly increased. I plan in sticking to my twice a day routine for a couple of more months. Here are some tips: - Only routines P01 and P02 are actually Kegel exercises so don't bother with the others - After you've used it for a month or so, you should have created the muscle memory to be able to properly do Kegel's throughout the day without the device. My doctor says that the most effective way to do Kegel's is 10 second contractions with 10 seconds of relaxation in between. DON'T try and do Kegel's on your own until you've gotten that muscle memory established. You won't be helping yourself at all. - Make sure you get a water based lubricant to use with the device. - Add cranberry juice or cranberry pill supplements to your daily routine to prevent UTIs - Your leg may involuntary jerk as the contractions happen. This is nothing to worry about, anymore than your foot kicking forward when your knee is bonked in the right spot. The most important thing to keep in mind is that THIS DEVICE CANNOT HARM YOU. The worst case scenario is that after 6 months, you don't get any improvement. That will tell you that you probably need to look at a surgical option but I promise you that this device will not hurt you in any way. Anyone that says it will just doesn't understand how it works. ... show more

  • So far so good
I start at 1 and wait a few seconds then go up to 2, wait a few seconds 3, and so on. By time i get to 15 it is a pretty good contraction. 17 was a little much for me. I found the higher you start then it will seem like it’s not working as well. So gradually increase to 15 or whatever number you are comfortable with helps get everything ready. I haven’t had sex since starting but I can definitely feel a difference just standing or sitting. I’m hoping to surprise my husband after my deployment. He doesn’t know I bought this 🤫 I’ll update with those results later 😜 Overall, I would have to change underwear every morning due to dribbles (I shower before bed) but after starting this every other day, I’ve definitely noticed that I wake up dry and even throughout the day. I haven’t tried sprinting or sneezed/ coughed yet so I’ll have to update that later, too. As of now, I recommend this product! ... show more

  • Doesn’t work
Ladies this incontinence device does NOT work it’s just a waste of $130.00 but what I really found to work and make you tight down there is the fitness circle pro, you have to do the hard work if you wanna get things tightened up, so I’m just gonna leave this here for yall! XoXo

  • Works and I am surprised!
With such mixed reviews but overall positive I stepped out on a limb and bought. After hitting menopause my bladder has weakened and wanted to improve my muscles. I started right before Christmas and I was very surprised. It worked great! so good that when I first started on 30 minutes I was very sore the next days before I realized that if you have poor pelvic floor muscles like me I should start on 15 minutes and work up to 30 minutes. I used the 02 setting. I stopped over Christmas because too busy but going to get back on target. It did show where my pelvic floor muscles were which helped with Kegals while not using the machine. Very surprised and pleased. ... show more

  • START LOW
I got this product and was so excited to use it. I read that the intensity range was 1-99. I decided my vagina was tough, it’s been through a lot.. I’d start at 40. DO NOT DO THIS. It clenched ever muscle in my body. Doubled me over. Wow. I finally was able to pull it out. I got up nerve to try again, starting at 1. Within a few days I’m up to 30. I definitely feel it working. START LOW!!! 😀 ... show more

  • It helped me so much!
I suffered a prolaspe 2 years ago. It was very scary & I had no idea what it was at first. I could not be on my feet much without pressure & then bulging. Unfortunately I am always on my feet at my job. I had to do something! My doctor wasn't much help. I found this device while searching for a pessary & decided it was worth a shot. I started using it & it was so helpful! I can now be on my feet for a full shift at work. On another note, I could not do a kegal exercise before I started using this little device & now I can do them on my own. I highly recommend this product to anyone having pelvic floor issues or a prolaspe. It helped me so much! I continue to use this once a day & I would order it again! ... show more

  • Works but it can be difficult to use
I ordered this on Sept 17th but didn’t start using it until the beginning of October. It was easy to figure out and started out well. I started seeing results within two weeks. I was really excited. When I started getting into the higher, more intense strength settings it began to be harder to place appropriately. It hurts if you don’t place it properly. It was still working though and I was seeing results. I recently went to use it though and it hurt intensely. I pulled it out and repositioned it, but had the same result. I looked it over and noticed rust along one of the conduction plates. I don’t clean it by putting it under water so I’m not sure why it’s rusty now. TL;DR: it worked great for awhile and then got rusty. ... show more
