I needed a new walker and searched Amazon and read lots of reviews. I decided upon this one and it is perfect for me! I am 5 feet four and about 200 pounds. I was concerned that maybe the seat would not be adequate but it’s great. The wheels turn so easily as compared to my last walker. The bag that’s included zippers shut and holds quite a bit. Easier to load in the back seat because it is lighter and folds from the sides, not front to back. So you can still use the wheels to roll up to the car. Flexible seat back is great. Slightly longer wheelbase than the old one so I must get used to that, but it provides more stability. Handles are softer, comfortable. Shopping bag easily comes off. I've gotten comments about the pretty color and design. The push buttons are a little hard to push in with my aging muscles but the option to raise the handles higher than most is great. I purchased this WinLove rollator to replace another medical rollator. However, I noticed right away that the depth wheelbase was 27.5 inches, where my previous rollator was only 20 inches. This may not be such a major issue, but for a short person of 5'1, I actually needed to step back and out, or I would hit the back wheel and trip over it. I also find the seat inadequate, with 18 x 9.75 inches it's just not enough for an older person to sit on. I really liked the sleek design, but practicality, safety and comfort are more what I need. ... show more

I am an X-mechanic so assembly was fairly easy. But others should have no problem with the assembly; take it one part at a time. I also really like the new light gold color, as it is bright and fresh. It is a stout Rollator when assembled, but turns on a dime with a light touch. It is heavy, but it folds in on itself for the bus or taxi. They also, this is my third Rollator, redesigned the folding mechanical device for a much better and easier folding and set up. This is easy to maneuver and collapse when necessary. It is sturdy. There are pads available to make the handles more comfortable.
