I really wish these exact panties with a pad where made exactly the same except hypoallergenic. I've had to wear these for about 4 months now and each time I wear them my bottom gets aggravated. Now I have to wear these or an incontinence pad with my own underwear everyday for 4 months now and they are cute, very comfortable and stretch a bit to a perfect comfort except there are too many chemicals and it irritates my bottom. Actually irritates all the way to my inside area. I didn't figure out till a few days ago that the irritation wasn't from my current condition but from these and the long pads by the same name. Full transparency I do have extremely sensitive skin. You may be able to wear these without any issue and I think most people without sensitive skin will love these. They are cute on and you shouldn't feel bad about having to wear them. Size 1 size down because otherwise they will be too big. The smallest is S/M and is perfect. Slightly tight at 1st and they take the perfect shape in no time at all. We need affordable solutions for those of us with skin sensitivity that feel this good on. And they do hold a lot of pee and I had a little leakage a few times but if your just using for normal incontinence you may not ever have this problem. I have extremely heavy periods during day 2-4. I got tired of changing out of tampons+super maxi pads every 2 hours, and having to deal with pants and bed sheet stains. I used to through lots of those on heavy days. But not anymore as these are the more cheaper and cleaner option for me. I never have to worry about movement during day and night. They are thin and comfy enough to wear under jeans/pants when going out. You’re bloating anyways so you might as well feel comfortable in your movement. This absorbs well and no period leaks whatsoever. I’m in my 30s and not shy about wearing them. I better of having secured and comfortable protection than leaking stains on my pants. I then change to tampons and pads on light flow days. While they advertise as bladder control pads, these works wonder for me for heavy periods. ... show more

I'm dealing with a broken leg that makes getting to the bathroom in time an issue. Before I ordered these, I tried a different brand and me just say, I'm so glad I decided to try these out. The absorbent areas are incredibly thin but effective! I'd be comfortable wearing leggings with these! The other brand I had was legit like a diaper and I knew there was no way that was the norm. These also have the slightest whiff of a fresh scent. I never buy anything scented for my feminine areas but in this case I find it wonderful. Absorbs well, if you have adjusted it just so. Leakproofness depends on positioning. Might work in the car on a long drive, then fail when walking around, unless adjusted for changes position. It may be that for a deluge, these pullups would not prove leakproof. Hope I never find out! For ordinary "may not quite make it to the bathroom" use, though, these are perfect.
