The media could not be loaded. This air fryer is replacing my microwave, which is a good thing because the microwave is currently broken. It doesn’t always take as little time but it definitely is a better result for many things, especially things that don’t do well in the microwave. It’s also great for cooking. It’s very convenient as many of the things that people use their fryers for are already programmed with a specific baking temperature and time. The first thing I ever made in this air fryer was Middle Eastern kebabs. This was a huge accomplishment as I have tried for years to make these on the grill, and I was inspired to try this method because of the kebab function. I’ve included a picture as they turned out perfect! I’ve also made many chicken nuggets in this for my kids, instead of having to preheat the oven and wait forever, this works better and faster. One thing I have noticed is that there is a variation in cooking at the top of the oven versus the bottom. I noticed this both with homemade pizzas and with stuffed peppers, the peppers on the top got a little more crispy and blistered. I’ve also included pictures to show the difference. As we use this item and get used to using it, I’m sure that we will figure out all your sweet spots for everything. Not everybody likes their food cooked exactly the same so this gives you some room to develop your preferences. With easy operation, pre-programmed functions, lots of accessories, and a good value price, I can definitely recommend this, And I am just getting started. ... show more

I am so happy with this purchase! I had planned to purchase a GoWise air fryer oven while there was a coupon offer, but by the time I went to complete my order, the coupon literally disappeared from my cart! So I saw the coupon offer on this model instead and decided to give it a try. Because it's an unknown brand name, I decided to purchase the extended warranty to go along with it, which made it about the same price that I was going to spend on the name brand model originally. I'm so pleased with this oven! It works great. I've only used the chicken and fry presets so far, but I've manually adjusted the temp and time, as well. I can't wait to try out the rotisserie function! It's great for reheating leftovers, as well, and recrisping leftover fast food for my daughter, who eats out a lot. I got the stainless steel model for $10 more, and I love the look of it on my counter beside my cooktop. It fit just right underneath my kitchen cabinets in a corner. It just needs a small amount of clearance behind it when in use, as the vent is located in the back of the appliance. Got this on Prime day when it was on sale to replace my old basket style air fryer that broke. This unit has plenty of room for food and the rotisserie basket was immediately convenient for making fries and grilled green beans. Unfortunately I quickly found out why it was a huge sponsored sale item. About a week after setting it up, maybe 4-5 uses total, the fan started to vibrate/rub on something inside the cooker. It sounds like it is out of alignment and one blade of the fan or part of the motor is hitting something inside. I checked the fan on the roof of the inside cooking area and it seems to have room so it has to be a part of the motor. I tried to pull the top of the cooker off to see if I could adjust it but the cheep plastic cover is bolted in place, so that is a no go unless I take this thing apart or just break the cover off. At this point I absolutely hate using it because it is so flipping loud, just metal on metal contact while cooking, sounds like a lawn mower. Aside from the fan, the racks don't fit on the shelves inside as the racks are barely wide enough to catch the ledges on the sides. They will sit on the ledges but if too much weight is put on them the racks will flex and fall off the shelf ledges dumping your food. Ask me how I know. The rotisserie works great but the basket is a pain to clean. The inside of the cooker is a grease trap as people have noted. It is not stainless steel so expect discoloration and staining even with regular cleaning. Even when using the grease/drip pan, crumbs and grease get all over the bottom of the unit because the tray isn't wide or deep enough for full coverage just like the racks. Remember that fan? I am able to silence the fan by either pushing down on the roof of the cooker or grabbing one of the top front corners and the opposite top rear corner of the cooker and then twisting. It's like the unit was built crooked or warped after a few cooks which is causing the fan noise. If it warped, that seems a bit silly for an item that is supposed to be able to cook whole chickens. At this point, the cooker still works and I will use it from time to time, but I have to leave the kitchen while it is running because it is ridiculously loud. I will be replacing this cooker at some point, possibly with a Christmas gift to myself. ... show more
