This may be as perfect a pillow as I’m going to find. The sense of relief it offers is hard to explain. It’s like going from wearing 1800s style dresses with tight corsets, bustles, giant skirts… to the freedom and naturalness of wearing the unstructured flapper dresses of the 1920s. As others have commented - the old school memory foam offers just the right soft/firm balance. It provides just the right amount of cervical support without being a typically structured cervical pillow. I really like that it has the advantage of a traditional pillow in that you can use it on both edges and both sides. There’s no extra length, or bulk, allowing for more freedom of arm movement. Before this I had the lowest profile cervical pillow I could find, its low side is 3.14” . Now that I have this pillow I’m even more aware of the strain it was causing. And no more bunching up traditional pillows trying to get the neck support right. It appears to be well made. It comes with a textured washable pillow case, but I also use a regular pillow case on it. Despite very hot weather I have not noticed it feeling at all hot. There was no odor upon unboxing. This pillow is exactly what I needed. It is thin, but not too thin. It is foam, which I love and it feels perfect. The foam is supportive and helps me sleep better. I used to wake up with a sore neck, but not anymore.

I use to get neck/shoulder pain from regular pillows since they were always too high for. This pillow however is the perfect height, it’s soft enough to not make my head feel uncomfortable and it support my neck and shoulders perfectly, will buy another one to make it a pair.

This pillow is very flat. So if that isn't your liking, you probably shouldn't buy it. I use mine in addition to another pillow. I do think this pillow would be handy on trips or camping just because of its small size.
