The plants are beautiful and alive, no thanks to UPS. Fortunately the plants sent seem pretty tough and like they will rebound, sadly UPS apparently doesn't know how to read and the whole large bold print on the box that says "Fragile This Side Up" with clear arrows showing which direction is up and they delivered my package on its side so the dirt was dumped out of many of them and almost all of them are damaged in one way or another and we're all covered in dirt that I had to carefully remove and clean, still giving a good rating though cause they were packed really nicely and it's not their fault UPS can't read or understand what an arrow or this side up means ... show more

I decided to grow succulents after a bit of research because they fit my lifestyle. I can talk to them and watch them grow, but they don’t require much direct attention from me! The first three pictures are all the plants that were in the order My complaint is at the bottom of this review and it is the reason that this product is given a four instead of a five. The good things- The plants arrived quickly. The box was well packed, and despite some very obvious crushing damage on the outside of the box it had no effect on the plants. The plants were the cutest little things. Some were very new cuttings and others slightly more mature. I thought that was good because I could gain knowledge in growing them from two different levels.. Truthfully, while the plants were all healthy, and obviously strong, I was a little disappointed because there was not, the amount of variety in the plants that I was expecting. There were two or three plants of each variety and one had four of the same. I put them in groups in three different locations with different lighting so I can see how they do in a particular area. My only complaint, and this is a major one in my mind, at least, is that the plants had no care instructions. Instead, there was an advertisement for an app that stated watering and lighting instructions were on the app they specified. I posted a picture of it. The app had a seven day, free trial, then cost money for a yearly description. I downloaded the app and was prepared to give it an honest assessment before deciding whether to keep it or not. It took 2 days instead of 7 to decide to look elsewhere. I think the app has the necessary features you would want by looking at the description however, it does not operate well when setting up the profile on each plant and it does not give specifics for things such as what you need to know when taking them out of the box like determining how much water or light, whether or not, they should be transplanted, growing together in bunches or separately, etc. I am not keeping the app and would not recommend it to anyone who is a novice growing succulents. I played around with it for well over six hours in the course of two days. If I need help, I will search out other plant apps. ... show more

Packaging was great. Most of the plants arrived looking great. Some already had wilted and some just didn't look good at all. Within days, a few were totally gone, now a couple weeks later, almost half haven't made it..and its only certain varieties. Very disappointing.
