Arrived a week after I ordered. They came from California and I live in Wisconsin. Not a greenthumb but I thought I would try them out. Never orderd live plants online before and this was my first time. Arrived in good condition. All leaves were green, soil was moist. They were boxed in a box with air vents. Planets were individually wrapped in plastic and brown paper bag. Just wish they came with the little card inside plants that tells me how to care for them but using Google lens on my phone I was able to learn more about the types I received and how to care for them . Just orderd another set of 3 and hope to get a different variety from the 1st set but it's random so you never know. So far after 2 weeks they are still holding up. The plants that are received turned out good they weren't damaged or anything. They didn't really come with instructions but there was some stuff on the side that tells you what kind of plants you have as well as some general care instructions. The part that I do not like is it includes an insert that says you get access to a free plant app however once you scan and sign up it cost like $30 a year for the app if you're going to offer a trial then say trial don't say that the app is free and then charge for it once you sign up I think that was kind of shady. I have had my new plants for about a week and they are going really well. I took a chance on ordering plants on the internet because I was concerned about how they would do being shipped. The 3 plants I bought here was about the same price as one that was about the same size at the grocery store flower shop. I don't think I could have gotten anything as nice as the plants I got. I was not disappointed by the random selection. The plants are different looking and so healthy. Easy care also. If I decide to become a crazy plant lady I know right where to go. ... show more

I have been looking to get some houseplants for a few months. I looked at the big box retailers but was put off by the prices. I decided to check with "Uncle Jeff" and was pleasantly surprised at the offerings. I ordered a 4-pack of assorted plants. I got one each of Dracaena, Dieffenbachia, Croton, and Pothos. The box the arrived in was clearly marked as to which direction was "up". There were cutout handles, which provided air. Inside the box, the plants were each wrapped in brown paper, with a tall stick, maybe to keep them from falling over, but they were tightly packed so there was little chance of that. Each plant also had a plastic wrap at the soil level, to avoid having soil spillage. All 4 plants were damp to the touch on the soil. They all were healthy and happy. I let them sit out in their pots for a few days before transplanting them into the pots I had. I've had them for about a month now, and they are all doing well. Out of the four plants I received, 3 out of 4 of them was decent. Had to trash one of them, because it wasn't a real house plant at all, it literally looked like long blades of grass stuck in dirt.😞 So anyways my purchase was refunded without a problem. The description does warn that you will receive any of an assortment of plants so there is no descrepancy there. 1 plant took a beating on the way here or immediately before they boxed it and 2 of my plants are very similar. I am fine with that since the price was low but I would tell you what my my two similar plants are but instead of tags or watering instructions I’m given the link to a $30 a year app to identify my plants…. I personally think that’s the cheapest BS I’ve ever received. I’m sick of scanning at codes because a company is that lazy. ... show more
