Installed this in my 1995 Toyota Corolla. It's secured in there but had to leave the plastic frame that covers the gap around it. Sounds good even on my old speakers. Connects to my phone as soon as I turn my car on.

At the price point there isn't a lot better. Easy simple controls. It does have an issue as it has gotten older, gaining on 2 years now, of interupptions in bt audio for the first couple minutes after startup. Afterwords it is fine and it doesn't happen all the time, mostly after it has been sitting unused for a few hours+. The screen also scratches like no other, but at the price you expect that. As far as audio output I don't have a ton to say, only because my car has old rattly speakers and interior panels as it is 30 years old. It does a decent job for what I have and as said before is a great budget head unit with a removable face that gives all the features you may want. ... show more

    • Way better than the stereo I had before! Built in Amplifier really helps!
I got this for my 89 Jeep Wrangler. I was about to replace the speakers and thought that I should look at an amp first. Not wanting to wire too much, I read that this was one of the stereos with one built in. It has tons of features, built in equalizer and the included microphone really helps. people can actually hear me when I am driving and using bluetooth now!
