Installed this in my wifes 2007 Hyundai santa fe fit perfectly in the dash. Looks great and makes the car interior feel/look more modern, also installed backup camera which works great, only "issue" i have with the backup camera is after switching from reverse back to park or drive the music stops from any source EXCEPT the radio and i have to press play again, not a big deal just a minor annoyance (maybe its a safety thing). Android auto and apple car play both work fine without any lag or issues for me. Only thing i wish the unit had was station/song information displaying (RDS) when listening to the radio, but at this price point i cant complain. This replaced an old single din alpine (cde-154bt) and the sound quality is improved compared to that unit. Tips: Make Sure you use a high quality usb cable to connect your phone to this unit. I tried a few random usb cables i had and some of them did not work for android auto. There is a firmware update for this unit which you download from alpines website and put it on a usb drive then plug it in to the usb on the unit to do the update. I wasn't sure before I bought it but after using it, I love it. Easy to use layout.works great and has enough wattage for my infinity kappa 6x9s.

I just got this unit and really enjoy it. Have got it dialed in but the mic that was sent to me with this unit is malfunctioning and people are saying it’s extremely hard to hear me when on the phone

Android Auto works great, the EQ and other setting's give you a lot of control over the sound. Significantly better than the android head unit that I replaced. The only cons are that you have to get an additional module to allow the steering wheel controls to work. Also hooking up the wire to the parking brake can be a pain. I still have it 5 stars because the head unit does exactly what I wanted and paired great with my other aftermarket speakers and subwoofer. ... show more

A name brand CarPlay for under 300? Count me in. High quality Alpine unit works flawlessly. I like the touch button arrangements at the bottom. Sleeker look than Kenwoods. Paired with a 5 channel Alpine amplifier and you got yourself a budget quality system.

Installed this in my C5 and it looks fantastic! I also installed a backup camera to go along with it. Install was strait forward enough as long as you have the right adaptor harness. Also don't forget you will need an antenna adaptor for the C5 from the small to large connector. If your considering upgrading your C5 this head unit should be on your short list. ... show more

Works wonders with my system, however it sometimes doesnt load but THAT ISNT BC OF THIS UNIT, its an apple car play thing that happens on a lot of screen double dins, so dont go thinking yours is messing up just unplug ur phone restart ur car and plug it back in
