I will say it took a bit to resolve the issue because I messaged and they would respond while I was sleeping and I would respond when I woke up. Went to the beach with the new chairs and literally the first time we sat in the chair the wooden arm broke off from the back of the chair making it unusable. We packed up the second chair as it is clear they are made very very cheaply. The worst part is to get a refund Amazon and the seller are making us pay for shipping the box back to China!! It is going to cost more than the chairs themselves to ship them. HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND I CAN'T BELIEVE AMAZON ALLOWS THIS BEHAVIOR. ... show more

Bought these for our beach vacation and they were great! They were comfy and loved how they laid all the way back. Only negative is that the strap to carry them broke and the straps are not the “backpack” straps so it made it difficult to carry with everything else we had.

Love this beach chair. It's very comfortable compared to the ones I bough from those oceanfront shops. I love that small pillow on the head it makes the chair more comfortable When you lean back. And it’s pretty sturdy on the sand. And it’s easy to fold.
