Major injuries from a car wreck 20 years ago left me with a lot of aches. I'm over 70 now, and sometimes getting comfortable to sleep is quite difficult. I am a side sleeper and bought this pillow to support my knee. Regular pillows aren't thick enough, no matter how firm, and are wider than I want. Sadly, this pillow is too firm and tall for what I need. However, it has turned out to be perfect to support my head and neck. My neck is now perfectly aligned with my back.     • A little too big but I'm using it.
It's taking me awhile to get use to this product. My last one wasn't as firm, it was more flexable. I do think it helps with my hip issues.

It is very comfortable and a good size. I do wish it had a sewn strap, attached to one end. It would make it easier to move, during the night, if needed. I put it in a pillowcase; that helps.

This item was ordered to be used to prevent acid reflux at bedtime. It's a good firm pillow. It is a little too large, but still is good for use.

Works well under thighs to relieve lower back pressure when laying on my back. I also use it to prop up my elbow when laying on my side to relieve shoulder pain. I find it the right stiffness and height for both. Soft, removable cover.
