This is a great massager. You can take it anywhere and it stays charged very well. The heat option is nice and you can always change the direction it is rotating. I have also found you can change the pressure a little bit by how tightly you are holding it over the area it is massaging. I've tried a lot of massagers and this one is so close to perfect! I've never had something hit the right areas that bother most people like the new design of these type of models. The best is to lay on a zero gravity chair (I'm sure a recliner might work) to push pressure on the areas. However, if you lower it enough to hit lower on the traps where it feels amazing, it struggles with power. I would so pay an extra $50 to have a more powerful model. This is very well made and good for neck/shoulder pain! The cordless is the point! Very good for walking around and keep working! The material is comfortable and the motion is strong enough to ease my soreness and pain. Only issue for me is a bit heavy for small person :)
