Purchased for 93 year old mother in law with vision problems. She had one previously that finally quit working. She loves being able to see the time, date and day! I wish it would self adjust for daylight savings but it doesn't. Otherwise, happy with it!

Even though these are for sale EVERYWHERE on Amazon, this is a bright, easy-to-read clock. We use it at my work to keep our sales people aware of the time during a video sales call. This is in our breakfast room attached to the kitchen. It puts out just enough light so that we can see to get around at night it is easy to read and keeps perfect time so far. I will probably buy another one for my upstairs office.

Bought this for my father with dementia. The alarm went off faithfully each day, but it was difficult for him to shut it off. The shut off button is small, on the back, as a black button on black background. It's also a small button surrounded by control buttons. He'd keep changing the settings trying to shut off alarm. We had to place bright orange sticker over alarm button so he could find it. The screen was too bright at night, so he just turned the whole clock face down and only used it for the alarm. The back-up battery is not set up to be replaceable. The alarm shut off button should be more obvious and placed on the top. The clock stopped working after about a year. ... show more

I have not had this long, maybe a month and the time stamp has lines through it and flickers just enough where its noticeable. For the price, it should not already be doing this.
