These are Not Bright, but do add a very relaxing light to the room, or rooms. I have a small 6' x 8' bathroom including shower stall and it would take 4 just to illuminate the shower stall, maybe another 2 to put on the sink basin. Once your eyes adjust, its very nice. Just to give you an idea, they are not bright at all. Possibly, a different style where the light wick extends past the top of the candle. They also take (2) AA batteries a piece, So factor that into your purchase. It comes with (2) remotes, The remote works as it should, You can Dim these as well, I do not see myself dimming them as they're full brightness is equal to a very dim setting. I have smaller Tea Lights that put off a lot more light, and you can probably get a 24 pack with a remote for the same cost. And they come with batteries. Great candles, they look authentic. I was apprehensive to purchase at first because of the battery requirement, but with 2 AA batteries they will last forever. I added these to my hunted graveyard Halloween display and they look amazing. The varying sizes and flickering glow make them look like real candles. Easy to turn on and off with the remote. I know some had complained about the distance that the remote works at, but I don't see an issue with walking near them and hitting the button. I'm presses the kids, like magic! I lit these candles on 10/14/24 and they are still going! Outside! They have been in storms, rain, wind, etc. The glow is warm and inviting. They are light weight and a nice creamy ivory color. I am buying more!

The media could not be loaded. bought this set of candles for Christmas decor this year. When I got these delivered I was a little skeptical because they seemed pretty cheep but they did surprise me! Remote control and time feature: the remote control is small, which could be easy to loose, but they also give you extra remotes. The remotes do come with batteries. The remote is very easy to understand and works great! I actually forgot that these came with a remote and I was manually turning each one on every time. The time feature on the remote I also great and easy to set up. I timed all the candles to come on about 5pm when the family gets home and they go off by 9:00pm. This feature makes it very easy to actual use the candle instead of just having them sit there Motion detection: I was surprised how well the motion detection on the remote works. I just point and either turn on/off, dim, etc. I love it!! Value for money/size: you get what you pay for. Although I am surprised by the quality of these candles I would prefer for them to have a larger diameter. They are very skinny and thus this is the main reason for the 4 stars. When you put the batteries in each candle it’s also a bit of a task. Removing the bottom is not very easy. Brightness: they look like real candles when on!! I emphasize when on because when off you can tell how skinny they are but when they are on they look great! Overall I am pleased with these candles and I would buy them again. I love the timing feature and the way these look when they are on but be prepared to have lots of batteries on hand!! ... show more
