The legs do seem a little flimsy, but if you’re not too rough with it, it holds up pretty good. I’ve used mine in bed every morning when I wake up, and every night before I go to sleep. I just received my new one to replace an exact one I’ve had for roughly five years. Did have a leg finally break on me six months ago. Been still using it with a little duct tape repair. I use my tablet all day. And by all day I mean from about 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. with some breaks in between. I have arthritis in both hands so I cannot hold it. This amazing stand works so well that I can just drop my tablet in it, pick an app and go to work. It is so light and convenient I can just pick it up with the tablet in it and take it anywhere I want. Chair, couch, bed, outside, I can take it anywhere. I am disabled and in bed most of the time. This iPad holder works great for my purposes. With all the possible variations I can place my iPad over me in bed which allows me to use it very conveniently. I am enjoying full use again.
