A friend had a set of these I used. Loved them, so I got a pair. The design where the tip goes in could benefit from using a stronger material. It’ll crack easy if you hit a little too hard, and it doesn’t take much. Play light when using.

I was excied to try these sticks as I liked the promise of 50% decress in volume. After about 5-6 times of practicing with these sticks the Loop at he top of one of the sticks jumped out of the stick. How frustrating! Now if I TRY to practice with them I have to squeez the loops back in only to have them jump out again. It happends in the middle of practice and I have to stop what I am doing to look for the loops. One does not like to have undue distractions during practice. The sticks are a bit light but they feel pretty good. Now if they could only figure out a way to keep the loops from coming out of the holes? It would almost be worth the $24 I spent. I even bought another pair for a friend. Frankly $24 is too dam expensive for something that will break after 5-6 times used. No problems with the seller. They delivered these on time no problem. If ADORO could improve this concept so these will be more durable and decrease this $24 to something more reasonable, I would say they got something there. But not yet. It is a perfect time for another manufacturer to jump on their concept and make something that works better. I wanted to love them. They just didn't pass Muster. I hope they figure it out soon. ... show more

I've had a couple of drum machines with rubber pads and I've always hated the noise of the drum sticks on the pads, which sometimes is louder than the drum sound itself. Was very hesitant to buy these, based on some reviews but I'm glad I did because they are remarkably silent and the bounce on the pad is even better than regular sticks. They do look and feel a bit toyish and it requires a little adjustment with the light touch, but once you get used to them you can't put them down. ... show more

I’ve tried many implements to play quieter but with good tone; I don’t like rods, I like some things about rutes, and I liked the ProMark broomsticks but these SilentSticks are the best option I’ve tried in years. They feel great, play great, and work great for playing in a small church worship area. They deliver a tiny bit more attack than tone, but I can live with it. Highly recommend! ... show more

At first this seems like a good idea to lower the volume using this sticks, but the rebound isn’t the same as regular sticks. I tried on acoustic and electronic drum sets and didn’t fit my style of playing

These sticks look and feel great, and do what they are supposed to, butnon only the 3rd time the head came flying out, I used a stronger glue and put it back in, seems to hold now.
