There is really nothing special about these sticks. But, they are functional and practical. I play electric drums, so I don't have the problem of accidentally striking a rim. I expect them to last a good, long time. They look good and are comfortable.

It is very cheap, and it is maple wood. Good for lighter drumming, but will dent for heavier hints. No worries though, it’ll be able to take a bunch of dents before any problem arises. If the dents bother you for any reason, look into hickory. The sound quality is fine, the grip is good. It plays well, good for beginners- a light tan color with caramel lines in it. ... show more

My son is a beginner so he's already beating a hole in the top of his drum with these new drumsticks but moving forward once I reskin The drum he will have more respect for it but otherwise great drumsticks had an amazing price.

Got them for a prop for a party. So havnt been used on a real drum. But thr toddler at the party definitely used them on the box style fake drums we had and they held up great. Very light weight
