This neck strap is better than I expected, it has a cushion for the neck, not quite as much neoprene as other brands, but enough to make it reasonably comfortable. The clip for the saxophone is sturdy, it closes with a strong spring, and the clip has a rubber sleeve to protect the instrument. So I got two different neck things for my 10 yr old for his saxophone and this was the least favorite of the two. We will keep it as a spare in case the other one gets lost, but this one wasn't as comfortable or as adjustable as the other one and just wasn't as nice. It's ok though.

This is a simple, comfortable neckstrap that does what it should. It has a silicon tube wrapped around the "hook" end, and the buckle -- which is metal -- is easy to slide up and down to adjust the size. So I got this for use with my electronic wind instrument (Y8 electronic saxophone). As you can see from the first photo, it fits the strap loop on my instrument, and hangs fairly perfectly for me. Holding the instrument is very easy once the strap is on it, and the padded strap was acceptably comfortable. That said, I had to remove the rubber protective sleeve from the swivel eye snap hook for it to fit through the loop. The snap hook had a pretty good swivel on it, I didn't feel it binding up or tightening up when I rotated my instrument around to different angles. I really liked that the swivel had a couple of small recesses on the barrel loaded with grease to keep the snap quiet, it's a nice touch especially for the sorts of acoustically treated environments a musician might find themself in. Keep in mind, my experience was when using a plastic electronic saxophone, I didn't test this with a brass acoustic one, which I assume would be heavier. Once on, the swive ... show more

It was delivered so fast. I have used this now everyday since I got it, on both an alto and bari saxophone, it is really comfortable for both instruments.

Got this for my 15 year daughter who plays alto saxophone. It has a good adjustment range and is comfortable, so it checks the boxes. Would recommend.

This is a well made neck strap. The padding is substantial and spreads the weight of the instrument keeping pressure off the neck. The straps are sturdy. The only complaint I have is that the length is not easily adjustable if you are switching between instruments.
