Good inexpensive bench that inclines. The base is wide enough to not tip. Do check closely how the pieces fit by referring to the instruction drawings, or you may find you need to reassemble the previous step. :)

This is an excellent weight bench. It feels very VERY sturdy even if I’m lifting fairly heavy weights (and I’m not a small guy at 230+). The included hardware is exceptional. Take a look at first photo. Every single bolt and piece is meticulously marked with corresponding step numbers. I’ve had other things where the hardware is just thrown into a bag causing a lot of guesswork and figuring out which is which. This company really took detailed time to map this out to make it easier for the consumer. This is wonderful. The only small piece of feedback I will give in case this happens to anyone else is on step 3. See the photo I highlighted. You need to pay close attention to which direction the brackets go on the seat. There is a very very subtle difference in the length on one end of the bracket where the bolt slides through, and you can’t really tell from the picture which way it should go. I guessed and guessed wrong, so had to take this part apart and flip it. Was only maybe a 10 or so minute delay, but sharing in a photo so others don’t make the same mistake. Other than that, it’s an excellent addition to the fitness corner in my garage. I highly recommend! ... show more

We are quite pleased with this workout bench. It took us maybe 20 minutes to assemble and it was quite easy given the fact that the instructions were clear and all parts were well labeled. Tue bench works easily, moves up and down with ease when done properly and is very stable. I’m a bony woman and this bench was much more comfortable doing chest presses on compared to the floor where I’ve been doing them for years. My husband uses it to cheat press with barbell and heavy weights and he’s been pleased. Very sturdy and stable. Appropriately made for the price point. ... show more
