Overall the LINBOLUSA Adjustable Weight Bench is a great bench for home workouts and we're sure we'll get some solid, safe use out of it. We did have one issue - the bench seat has an indentation from packing the bench - but otherwise it's good. We assembled the bench, primarily with one person (my wife) to test how easy it is. It was something she was able to figure out the instructions pretty well as presented. Then assembly was fairly easy, taking about half an hour on her own. At one point she did call me in to help hold something, but then didn't need me. Additionally we did have to problem out the under section at the base, getting the cross leg correct and figuring out how to lock it into a flat position - this was the most confusing, but we did work it out. The LINBOLUSA Adjustable Weight Bench is solid. The materials seem well built and decent quality. Of course this is not the bench you'll find at a gym, but for home it's perfectly good. The bench itself is decently comfortable. Most home benches we have come across are... harder than we'd like and not truly as comfortable as we find at the gyms we've used. This keeps that going. The one issue we have is that the seated padding arrived indented from the bench being packed as it was. This is a bummer - you get something new and want it to not only look new, but be and act new. That means having the best possible seating. No, it has not come in after several days. So we are disappointed there. Overall the seat could be a bit more comfortable, the cushion not damaged, and the edges a bit more... comfortable. But these are not (at present) enough for us to take off any stars. We'll see long term... The legs are solid and well situated to hold the weight of you and the weights you're using, plus steady on the ground. We learned this important element sort of the hard way when we got our last bench where the front leg had an oval ring on the bottom for holding it in place - rather than square or rectangular. This was a bed thing as we found it made the bench rock in many movements, making it uncertain we'd stay up. So we learned from that and only grabbed this LINBOLUSA Adjustable Weight Bench when we took note that its base pieces are squared off. We are pleased in the end and believe we're going to get a great deal of use out of this LINBOLUSA Adjustable Weight Bench. ... show more

The workout bench is sturdy, providing a reliable stable platform for various exercises. Whether you’re lifting weights or doing bodyweight exercises, it feels solid and dependable. The grab handle and wheels make it convenient to move the bench around. Whether you’re repositioning it within your home gym or stowing it away, the mobility is appreciated. The bench works well for dumbbell exercises and other movements. It remains mostly stable during these activities. The quality of the bench material and padding isn't as good as I had hoped for. When moving around on the bench, the foam layer feels like it isnt securely attached to the backing board and kind of floats around inside the outer pleather material, while the movement isnt that much it creates extra strain on the outer material so I'm not sure how well it will hold up in the long run. I would expect all of the layers to be solidly attached without any movement. Additionally, the "tear resistant leather layer" arrived with a 2 inch rip along the upper edge. Given that this is a heavy item, I think the packaging could be improved to better protect the bench during shipping. Unlike mainstream gym benches with a single adjustment lever, this one requires pulling out an upper support when you want to lay it flat. Transitioning from an upright position to flat can be a bit cumbersome. Folding the upper support away can sometimes be a struggle, involving lifting the upper part of the bench with one hand while maneuvering the support with the other. It tends to snag along the bottom rail while trying to fold it out. Moving between the other upright angles only requires moving the main support arm and is an easy adjustment. Additionally when using the bench flat, instead of the main support hooking into the slots, it kind of just sits in the open without securely locking into a slot, only the small upper arm rests against two small welded nubs on the arm. As a result of this design, I’d hesitate to trust this bench for heavy barbell exercises since the main support arm isn't hooked into any support slots. If those welds or the upper arm were to fail (unlikely), the main support would kick out and the upper bench would drop into the decline position, this is unlikely to happen but I dont think I would trust this design for heavy lifting. That being said, the bench is plenty sturdy enough for dumbbell and body weight excercises. When the bench is flat, there’s a noticeable 3 inch gap between the upper and lower cushions, a bit larger of a gap than you might find in your traditional gym benches. Overall, this workout bench is pretty solid for a home gym. The additional steps to move between flat and other angles with the upper support arm is annoying, but not a deal breaker. ... show more

The weight bench was easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. We pair it with our power rack for use in bench press, as well as box squats. Waiting on getting a bar for it, but seems like it will also work well for use with a curl bar on incline. The padding could be a little better, but it is not a deal breaker.
