Does the job. I have used it about 30 times. Comfortable with good adjustability. I’m 6’1” and works well. The arm bars feel a little flimsy but have not failed yet. Worth the price for incline sit-ups.

This bench does not adjust to 5 height settings. It arrived damaged and was a piece of junk. I called customer service to try to troubleshoot before initiating a return and the person on the phone couldn’t speak English and had zero knowledge of the product.

Pretty good product. Easy to use and assemble, my only two complaints is that it can be a bit uncomfortable at the back of the knees, but I just put a towel down behind my knees and its fine. Also some of the screws were too big or the diameter of the holes drilled were too small, so they don't go in all the way. ... show more

Well made, medium weight bench. Hard to use for me, because my abs could be stronger. This is why I purchased this, but personally I feel someone with stronger abs to start, would be able to control impact on their back better than I could.
