I was a bit disappointed when package arrived as only one weight since I was expecting a set of weights based on the descriptions. That being said the weight is very easy to use and extremely easy to change the level of weights. I also really like you are unable to change the weight and without setting the weight in the holder. It makes it a certain no plates can be unlocked during use causing them to be accidentally dropped while in the middle of a work out. This 25 pound dumbbell is easy to use and a great space saver. The dial is easy to turn and it automatically locks the weights in place when you twist it to your desired weight. The handle is easy to grip and I found it comfortable to hold as a woman. The set feels good quality and I haven't had any issues with the weights slipping or not engaging - so far, the dumbbell has worked perfectly. I have an angled dumbbell rack that I am using to hold this dumbbell set, so I when I am changing the weights in the holding tray, the tray is sitting at an angle and the set still engages properly. I wanted to note that in case anyone else was concerned about being able to use this dumbbell if their existing weight rack doesn't hold the weights parallel to the floor.
