I was intimidated at first with all the parts that came with this printer. I guess I expected it would be “out of the box ready”, but it came with a flash drive that contained step by step videos. It took a while to get it to print correctly but that was due to it being new and took a while for the ink to get through the machine thoroughly. The print and color quality is awesome!! The customer service is by far the best that I have received in a very long time. Although, the company is overseas and you have to keep in mind there is a significant time zone difference, they are very responsive. They use WhatsApp, so basically you can message them anytime and they will get back to you as soon as they possibly are able. They have assisted me through out the entire process and are always super friendly and supportive. Jeremy helps me often and has been amazing. I am very new with DTF so it’s been a journey over the past few weeks but I’m confident this is a great product with outstanding customer service. ... show more

I had trouble setting up my printer. I couldn’t get the driver to download properly (I am not a computer whiz). I reached out to the seller via Amazon and I received the best customer support via whatsapp from a guy named Jeremy. He saved the day and got me up and running. Set up was easy. I had and issue with the white ink (no fault of theirs) i got impatient and accidentally deleted the software on the flash drive. Contacted help and they were amazing!! Print quality is amazing and the colors are so bright and vibrant. Easy to operate.

I could not get the printer installed initially, but customer service was able to install. The printer is not compatible with my antivirus program. Had to uninstall antivirus in order to install printer. Was not a good idea. My computer kept locking up if I tried to go to any sight. Would not let me proceed stating that I had acquired a virus. I got this printer followed instructions but couldn't figure it out. Contacted support and they got me up and running. My wifi connection is real slow and they hung out with me until they could make it thru the whole program. Told me to print and take picture. It worked perfect. I was Soo excited!
