    • Need more instructions and better explanations
First I want to start with why I gave the printer 3 stars. There are not a lot of instructions that explain what to do. What instructions that are provided do not cover everything it takes to start using the printer. There is no way to get a hold of anyone else to ask, and sadly there's not a lot of videos out there on this specific printer. I was actually going to return the printer, and that is when I was able to talk to someone about the printer. Does not come with ink. I thought that the description said it did, but it did not. I do not like to not understand things, so I kept working at it. First I had a paper printer error. Then the machine wouldn't print black, then the UV light kept turning off in the middle of printing, so my stuff wasn't curing. All easy things to fix if you have knowledge about these printers, or are good at trouble shooting. I absolutely love this printer. It is amazing. Once I was able to get past the small issues and get it printing, I couldn't be happier. I would recommend buying it. It is very easy to use. It prints on substrates as well as film. It is reasonably priced for an A3 printer. Having knowledge of DTF or DTG printers is very helpful. The software can be a little overwhelming, but there are actually tons of videos on how to use it. There are even groups on Facebook. My recommendations to the seller would be provide assistance information upfront. Don't wait for your buyer to get frustrated. Videos need to be more thorough. Address the extra parts that come with the printer. It is great to have them, but I didn't know they were extra parts, and there was no instructions on what they were or why they were in the crate.
