Ordered this printer after seeing the glowing reviews (which I am starting to think are paid or bots) and spent HOURS trying to get it functioning. The setup is all from a USB dongle, went through it 3 times, and nothing, the film would move, the printer would make noise, not print. Ran the tests on the printer, tests work fine. You can't find the company online, its some Chinese company, the address on Amazon is even in Chinese. Its an almost two thousand dollar paperweight. Returning for a refund as this thing simply does not work. As for all the "great support" comments, where? Where is the support because that certainly wasn't my experience. ... show more

I received this product and was impressed with the shipping packaging. That was the first thing that got me. I began to open everything up and was confused because it seemed as though I couldn’t comprehend anything. As I set up the machine I reached out to support. Had a hard time with my computer not being compatible. How ever they were able to help me with everything. Jeremy came through for me. I contacted him back today 11/21 and he set up the printer and showed me everything that I needed to get started. I am so grateful for the customer service that was offered to me. I could not get the printer installed initially, but customer service was able to install. The printer is not compatible with my antivirus program. Had to uninstall antivirus in order to install printer. Was not a good idea. My computer kept locking up if I tried to go to any sight. Would not let me proceed stating that I had acquired a virus. I want to give a 5 star rating for this printer I bought that was shipped from China. First, it was fast shipping. It was shipped via UPS and the packages arrived well packed - there were 3 boxes. I encountered problems with the printer in the beginning and I contacted the company. The technician named Jack was able to help install the programs and guided me throughout the process. We communicated via WhatsApp. He was able to remotely get control of the printer from China, load the programs he needed to fix the printer, make necessary adjustments and identify the causes of the problems. It took him several hours though, but he stayed with me all throughout the process including the testing. The printer now is working properly and I am a happy customer. The print quality of the printer is superb, the colors are vibrant and the line are perfect. I highly recommend this printer and this company has excellent customer service. ... show more
