This is The 3rd DTF machine I have purchased(different company). I can't tell you enough How HAPPY I am with this machine already. Shipping was way faster than anticipated est. arrival 10-4-230 to 10-18-23. Arrived 9-27-23! The instructions on the drive are THE BEST I HAVE SEEN. Includes everything you need to set up and MAINTAIN. Watch every video and READ Everything. It was so simple to set up and I LOVE the rip software So much its so easy to navigate and has features my other printer rip did not. As for the printer, The COLORS are amazing. You can barely hear it printing. Prints beautifully. I am a little nervous only because the last printer I purchased had so many issue after 1 week of using it. With this printer I feel so much more at ease and Feel I was given all the "tools" and knowledge to maintain and care for it completely. I was able to set up and get it running fast. I will do a follow up in a week or two to let you know how its still printing. Kudo's to you for a GREAT PACKAGE!!!
