I have multiple health issues and Meta-Seven has helped me a great deal to feel healthier, more energetic, helps lower my blood sugars too! I just feel better over all in taking it. My daughter suffers from Fibromyalgia and Lupus. I began sending her bottles of Meta-Seven over a year ago and she got the approval from her specialty Physicians to take this product. Be very cautious if you buy this product . It has caused me uncontrollably diarrhea . After I first tried it I suspected it was the cause so I stopped taking it for a few days. When I took it again same thing happened. It may give you more energy but the embarrassment isn't worth it especially at that price. ... show more

I have been taking Meta7 for four months now, and I can Honestly say that I have Not felt this Good since my twenties!, I ordered it along with the Essential vitamines because I have been taking care of my 80 year old Father who has failing health issues and the stress was too much for me since I have High Blood pressure and Diabetes. I was feeling tired all of the time and would sleep during the day, but could not during the night, but since taking Meta7 I have more Energy with No side affects and I sleep normally at night with no shakiness or crashing like you would with sugary drinks or coffee, and the Best part is that for me at least, I've been feeling So Good, that I stopped taking my anti depressants because I actually just forgot about them. ... show more

Works like one would imagine vitamins would or should work. I could tell a difference in my energy levels immediately, but in subtle way. No heart palpitations or jitters. Doesn't keep you up at night. You just take the pill every day and then very slowly you realize that you're getting more done every day. Items on your 'to do' list that have sat there for weeks (OK - months) are getting done. Will definitely continue to take as long as I can afford it.
