This fountain was great. I gave it away as a gift only because my office was too large and I could not hear the sound. My coworkers office was smaller and I can hear it as soon as I enter her office she loves it and use it every day. I received the item today. Per the instruction manual, I put the item together. The issue I have with the product is there is no control switch (on and off). You have to physically plug and unplug the device, which I find antiquated because most products have a control switch. In addition, the machine is not quiet but loud. ... show more
