This fireplace is perfect. I love all the options for flame color and rock color. The flames are tallb which I love and fill the window area. It's build very well and easy to install (wall mounted, not recessed in our application). You can adjust both rock and flame colors independently which is awesome. The only thing I can think of that would make it the best product is being able to run the fan without the heaters. It's heat and fan only. Lo compre y vivo en Colombia. Llegó en perfecto estado y fue instalado sin ninguna novedad. Funcionando según las imágenes. Sin embargo desde unos cinco días para acá ya no funciona, parpadea y no funciona las luces como lo hacia anteriormente. No ha tenido problema de mala manipulación, además la chimenea está empotrada. The media could not be loaded. Looks great and functions well! This needs a 20 amp dedicated circuit with the amps it’s pulling so keep that in mind. Pretty easy to install. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it rattles a little loud on the highest heat setting. It does a great job heating up the room and I love all tge different lighting settings! I shopped around and looked at multiple electric fireplaces and decided to go with this one because of the price, and the positive reviews it has already received. 72” and I elected to frame around the fireplace, rather than surface mounting it. Installation was easy, but in anticipation of receiving the fireplace I framed and drywalled the opening before the fireplace arrived, by downloading the instructions. I will say, the RO dimensions they gave me were a bit tight. I had to make modifications to install the fireplace but nothing major, only took about 10 minutes. To be safe, add 1/4” all the way around your rough opening and the fireplace will go in smoothly (see note below). *The power cable is on the (right) side of the box, so if framing around the box you will need to notch the framing for the power cord.* The function is great, colors are amazing and vivid and the flames look pretty real. Creates an amazing ambiance. The heat function is pretty good too, but I live in Vegas so it will never be used. ... show more
