Very nice packaging and product has nice appearance but it does not work how described in video. First off it is not as light weight as it says and is heavy on the wrist. The attachments do not snap on and off as easily in the video and when turned on the lowest heating level the plastic started to burn and make a. Horrible smell. The air wrap curling technology was false advertising because it didn’t have enough power to do a single strand. Also the “ion” magic must be code for weak air flow because even on the highest setting it took over an hour to dry my hair and I only have shoulder length hair. Okay, first let me throw out the disclaimer that I have not tried the name brand version of this tool, or any other dupes. With that being said, this thing is AWESOME! I’ve only used it twice so I can’t speak to longevity yet (though I will update this review if any issues arise) but I can say that this works SO well and quickly! So far, I’ve only used the left/right curling irons and the straightening brush attachments so far, but I expect the others will work just as well, too! Curling irons: I have tried sooo many different curling irons, automatic curling irons, etc & have NEVER in my 36 years of life been able to actually curl my hair. Not because my hair won’t curl, but because I just couldn’t get the hang of it. The photo I included with the curls is from my FIRST TIME using this Yitrust styler. I couldn’t believe it, honestly. It grabs your hair and literally wraps itself. It was so easy & SO quick! Straightening brush: AMAZING. It took less than 10 minutes to fully dry and style my whole head to what you see in the photo. Typically, when I blow dry & straighten my hair, it’s so frizzy & when I tell you that this brush made my hair feel and look sooooo silky and smooth. I’m honestly shocked how well this brush actually dried and straightened my hair. I typically have to run the straightener through multiple times on a high setting to get it to be straight. This thing did it with ease and blow dried all at the same time, and literally ZERO frizz?!?! Magic. ✨ Straightening is my “typical” style, and my husband immediately noticed the difference. (He also initially wasn’t thrilled about this purchase and now he’s a big fan, lol) I bought this tool on Black Friday and hoped for the best, as the majority of the reviews listed are from a previous hot round brush, so I felt it was important to share that this 7 in 1 styling tool is LEGIT. It’s a game changer for me. I’m actually going to be able to do curls for date nights & events! Also, the rhinestones around the wand & on the dryer head are SO cute. :) ... show more

I did not read instructions (but recommend you should before using any product) and this styler exceeded my expectations. It works best with wet hair if you are worried about frizz, drying time is faster than all of the best hair dryers I've bought, provides volume, and did a better job at hiding the two very different haircuts on each side of my head than any size curling iron used, Chi straighteners and round hair brushes I have tried since getting this awful cut. Please don't take it to Italy and attempt to use a converter with it (instructions do state this). Please don't use near a tub of water just like any product that plugs into the wall!!!! WTF people?... The worst thing I can say about this is the amount of air that is lost through the mechanism that unlocks the different attachments. It's not much air but could use a seal inside. It is NOT quite like the review that said she used it on the phone? I couldn't hear the person talking to me when the styler was on, but it is a little more quiet than a regular blow dryer. For reference I have short thick straight hair and live in a high humidity climate where curls don't last without product. As with any heat styling, find a good heat protectant. My only regret is not buying the Shark I wanted, and then returning it, just to compare the two. ... show more

Product came and I noticed the attachments seemed loose but thought it was just the design. Right after I was able to do a return/swap the attachments started to fall off. Can’t use any of the brush style attachments cause they come off trying to go through the hair. The blowdryer attachment will sometimes fall off just from the movement of drying. Reached out to seller who wanted me to send a video and pictures but because of the format restrictions and size it was near impossible then was told they couldn’t understand what I was meaning because all I could do was send two pictures they sent me an email to the ‘manufacturer’ which was a bad email. So ends up being an expensive hairdryer that isn’t great quality and lasted for a month. ... show more

Bought this tool to use for a wedding after my previous (different brand/actually cheaper) tool bit the dust. I decided I wanted to upgrade and took a chance on this. It came in the evening before I left town. I took it out of the box (which wasn’t damaged in any way) plugged it in, it didn’t work. Switched outlets thinking maybe that was the problem, didn’t work. Tried a third outlet that was charging my phone - HAD TO WORK - didn’t work. I went through customer service to troubleshoot and it was determined it was the product itself.
