The media could not be loaded. I had a Litter Robot for many years before and it finally quit. I got this one since it's a lot more affordable. It's smaller than the Litter Robot was but the cats don't seem to mind. It's much more quiet, which is great. When it arrives, the owner's manual, power cord, and extra bags are inside the litter bag compartment. The app is helpful and lets you know the cat's weight so you can tell if they start having health issues. Unfortunately, it reads in grams instead of pounds.
