As a side sleeper, I have been searching for a neck pillow to help alleviate the pressure on my shoulders. Other pillows I have tried have been too soft; to the point where the neck support they claim to offer becomes obsolete as soon as your head hits the pillow. This pillow is ergonomically the perfect fit and support for my neck curvature. It offers firm support while also maintaining comfort. My neck is supported; my shoulders are not scrunched; I wake up feeling rested; soreness is GONE. I use this pillow both ways (with and without extending the "incline" portion). I prefer it folded for maximum height and support. My favorite part is feeling the traction in my neck while supine--such an amazing stretch. I highly recommend this pillow.     • It's great, but it's going flat.
It will take time to get use to this pillow. I'm a stomach sleeper trying to learn how to become a back sleeper. I like it so far, but I noticed it's getting too flat. I'm not a big woman but I may have a heavy head? lol

    • STOP SUFFERING AND TRY THIS!
This was the solution to my years long suffering with pain in my neck, shoulders, and my arms becoming numb during the night. I've tried every pillow and wasted so much money because nothing was supportive enough for my neck, and if it was, it was too high and caused me pain still. I've been waking up several times a night because my arm fell asleep and I would have to try to massage it until the tingling and numbness went away. Muscle relaxers and topicals didn't prevent from happening. I recently broke down and bought an expensive down pillow and that was a waste of money too. I was hopeless until I came across this product, though I was of course skeptical. I read all reviews before I make a purchase, and some of the reviewers had the same problems I did and got relief using this product- it gave me hope, so I took a chance. I was reassured by the guarantee behind this product. From night one I had no neck pain, no shoulder pain, and no arms going numb!!!! I actually slept through the night!!!! My relief continued night after night and I'm so grateful! I want others to know this is a great- no miraculous product of superior quality and if you suffer you should try this NOW! I have lupus so any little thing, any activity can bring on inflammation leading to a full blown flare up episode. This is a nice pillow but too soft for neck/ head. That’s what it is marketed for. I was disappointed it didn’t do a good job with that. But I love using it on lower back so it became my lower back pillow. It’s a little pricey for that though. So I guess I rate it average for intended use but higher for rating for comfort for lower back. ... show more

    • No more headaches! But...
Have been using it for the past few days. It greatly reduces my headaches by keeping my airway straight and open during sleep. I like the shape and design of this pillow very much, but really wish it were longer (or wider?) so that I wouldn't fall off the pillow when I toss and turn in sleep, which can cause neck and shoulder pain. For me, it's easier to manage neck and shoulder pain with Yoga and other exercises, so I definitely recommend this pillow for anyone who suffers from headache issues! ... show more
