I’ve had this heater for only a month, and in that short amount of time I can honestly say that I was happy with my purchase. My bedroom is pretty small, so this heater was perfect at heating it up on cold/windy nights. Unfortunately I noticed a burning smell coming from the heater and when I further investigated it, I spotted that there’s some of the ceramic that is melted and chipped off at the very bottom and it’s causing it to smell like a fire. It says there’s an overheat feature so I’m unsure why this problem happened and if I didn’t notice sooner it would have been much more unsafe. I don’t think this is the type of heater that you will have for a long time, it only lasted me a month and unfortunately I cannot return it, I would maybe invest more money into a more safer option. ... show more

    • No controls, doesn't get very hot.
This heater is TINY. It's smaller in circumference than a roll of toilet paper, and only slightly taller. It doesn't get very hot, but it makes a lot of noise for it's size. There are zero controls. It's on full blast, or it's off. Which kind of makes sense, as it just doesn't get very warm. I mean, why would anyone want to turn it down? A waste of time and money. I'm pretty frustrated that I will now lose an hour of my life to returning this thing. Trust me, there are much better products, even if you have to pay a little bit more. This is a loud, mildly warm, noisy, tiny little thing, and it won't do you any good at all. ... show more

This heater is so tiny to put out so much heat. I use in my office and it does it job. would be nice if the on/off was on the top so didnt have so much trouble to turn it off when its hot cause I have to hold it down. or maybe thats just me.

    • Big things come in small packages
My husband is very cold natured and i purchased this little heater for him and he loves it. Its small but puts out the heat to warm him up. Love the safety feature of the sensor on the bottom that automatically shuts it off it it tilts over.

This was a gift for my 81 years old sister to keep her lower extremities warm. She keep on the floor while sitting at the table having her meals, it weighs less then 2 lb and she has no trouble picking it up to turn off when done with it, it also turns off and on automatically while in use.
