So good that I bought one for my Mom. It's a great little Air Fryer. Small Profile: It doesn't take over your countertops. Easy to Use: The interface is intuitive with clearly labeled functions. It could be made even easier with a redesign, for example by adding a keypad for entering the time and temp, but it's still pretty darned easy. Easy to Clean: I did some research on air fryers before purchasing one because I wanted to make sure it would be useful in real life. The bucket style design of this air fryer means that any mess from your cooking stays in the bucket. You never have to dig into the device with a toothbrush and a rag to try and extricate little bits and bobs from the innards. Most of the time, in fact, the non-stick bucket comes clean with just a rinse and a drop of soap. But, it's also dishwasher safe for those occasions when you'd rather let a machine do the work. This is huge, because a time saving device is unhelpful if the cleanup is hard. This air fryer is useful in real life. Lightweight: I store mine on top of the fridge. It weighs very little so it's no problem to plunk it on the counter when it's time to cook, and then put it back when it's done. Lots of Modes: It's versatile. You can do a lot more than frozen cheese sticks in this cooker. (Although cheese sticks are yummy.) I highly recommend an air fryer in general, and this one in particular, if you do a lot of cooking for just yourself and maybe one other person. It's so great to cook up some fish and not spend half an hour cleaning out your pans and stove after dinner. It doesn't heat up the whole kitchen, it doesn't waste energy, and your food will be ready before most conventional ovens would even get up to temperature. I wanted a way to roast vegetables quickly with a little bit of oil and seasonings. This does the job well, providing crisp and caramelized vegetables in about 15 minutes. The food doesn’t stick at all, and the cooking is even. I wash the basket by hand; that’s a quick and easy task. Eventually, I’ll try other foods, but for right now my wife and I are thoroughly enjoying the vegetables just about every night. The operating instructions were clear and easy to follow. It has a fairly large footprint, so it wouldn’t be a great choice if you have a crowded countertop. The instructions warned there might be a slight plastic smell the first few times it’s used. Works well. My only issue is that there's no easy way to pull out the grid ... there's no handle so I have to like squeeze my fingers or use a fork for leverage to pull out the grid. Odd that they wouldn't provide some kind of handle or easier way to remove the grid.

    • Died 1 week before the 1 year warranty expired, BUT they sent me a brand NEW UNIT immediately!

Product is powerful, easy to use and clean. We have been using it daily for almost a year. Today it stopped working while in use. It does not power on anymore. I called the manufacturer, send the receipt along with a couple of pictures, and they sent me a brand new unit within minutes of me reaching out about the issue. This air fryer is way bigger than I expected, with that said, that's not a bad thing since most smaller air fryers are more expensive. I don't have anything bad to say about it really....the max temp is 400, but it seems to work even if the temperature requirements are 425. It stays cool to the touch, it is more quiet than some air fryers I heard. I am new to the whole air fryer thing so I only made a few things (frozen vegan meat stuff, frozen snacks like sweet potato fries, varieties of veggie poppers etc) as for fresh veggies I only made roasted potatoes, they turn out great as long as you marinate the potatoes prior....it will make a nice crispy skin and the inside soft. It definitely cuts cooking time, when you use an air fryer and with that I believe you save a lot of energy. ... show more
