I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled as this item was better than expected. As usual, I read the reviews before purchasing and saw how people were talking about how nice the gloves were. I wasn't necessarily looking for gloves but thought it was a nice addition to the product. The gloves were right on top and I tried them on and they fit perfectly.! Someone did say they fit bigger than normal and I am a woman with larger hands than most and have problems finding gloves to fit. Needless to say, I haven't used the clippers yet but the gloves we're worth the price of admission. I am ordering a set for my daughter for her birthday as she had just found that she loves working with plants! Thank you for this nice product! ... show more

These cutters are sharp out of the box for pruning and cutting , but seem to gum up and stick a bit. After you use them. later they’re sticky, but just open and close them a few times they free up, should have had a better steel in them. Looks are nice color coded to know which one to pick up. Springs work well, the locks do there job without getting in the way in use. 5 cutters in the kit give good versatility to this set for different cutting jobs.
