Do not buy this. You can't install anything because there's no room in the phone memory. The battery drains just having it turned on. Email doesn't work and since its a black market emulator you're nuts to buy this. It has a dual SIM phone and you can't use it for safelink - which i bought it for and Mint Mobile can't use it. I bought this phone for a Christmas gift for my children back in October. Every since my children first turned this phone on it has been extremely slow. If I knew that I would have never purchased this item. The phones got delivered in a different town from where I live luckily my contact info was on the box. This is a bad phone overall, the camera is blurry, and even connected to wifi it buffer alot. I received this product and was very dissatisfied because it did not meet with my expectations. I tried installing the sim card only to find out that it was inserted all the way into the phone and had to pay $42.00 to get it out of the phone before I returned it to the company. Was only 3 g when i got it in the mail and when i bought it to my carrier to have it switched ovwr knowing my phone was missed up. Can’t even download YouTube app. Phone laggy AF some button you click will pop up some other stuff. Wouldn’t recommend just save your money.
