I bought this phone "refurbished" in July, 2022, only because T-Mobile demanded 5G phones. I think the phone was never used by any customer before me. Not a scratch; virgin box. It is larger than I would like, but it makes it easy to read and make texts. I am not a person who walks around like an idiot staring at his phone. This phone is cheap and adequate. The phone itself is a very nice phone. It has a decent size screen, fingerprint reader, face recognition, and comes with a lot of storage space. Battery does charge super fast which is also nice. I bought this phone because it says its compatible with CDMA carriers. Apparently it is only compatible with some carriers. If you have ASSURANCE WIRELESS, this phone will NOT work with your service!! EDIT TO ADD: tried this phone on multiple carriers and it was not compatible with any of them. Tried straight talk, t mobile, and ting mobile on top of the assurance wireless and it did not work on any of them! ... show more

The Phone appears to be in good condition but when on the phone the other person can not hear you. The audio/ sound appears to drop very frequently and no one can hear what you are saying but you can hear the caller. I assume because this a rebuilt phone.
