The bench arrives preassembled, except for a few small parts, so it's simple to get set up. The quality is pretty good. The padding is thinner than some benches, but not bad. The pin they use to adjust the seat positions is odd, compared to others. It works fine, but takes a moment to unscrew it, then screw it back in again, after adjusting. I don't know why they used a pin that screws into place, instead something like a lock pin or cotter pin. I assume, other types of pins would be cheaper to make also, than the type used with this bench. The gap between the bench sections felt odd at first, but I got used to it quickly. Overall, it's a nice weight bench. Based on other benches I saw, I had an idea about putting resistance bands around the leg of the bench, and it works well. ... show more

The bench is nice overall, a bit wobbly unfortunately even tho I’ve re tightened the screws twice. In the picture it shows the possibility to be completely declined legs up for abs and head down at an angle but the seat doesn’t click all the way to allow this type of position so this was disappointing. I was looking forward to declined abs. The edge was ripped upon arrival on the fabric as you can see in the photo and the red piping is poorly stapled together and held together with a push pin, this was also disappointing. Im un decided on returning or not at the moment, overall it’s nice and I’m not mad about the purchase. Just wish there was more detail to the craftsmanship. ... show more

I was hoping I’d be able to write a positive review, but sadly here I am. The leg is supposed to have four holes to put the bottom of the leg on. It only had three, so I am returning because of that. I don’t feel safe using something that you can’t properly secure. I will say it was very easy to package up to return! Haha I guess that’s the only positive thing. ... show more

This bench is a little unstable, but nothing that I didn’t expect for it being foldable. Other than that, it’s taller than the commercial gym bench which makes it difficult to do single leg lunges, hip thrusts, bench press....Kind of a drag. It’s almost too lightweight as it slides around significantly if you’re using any type of weight with it. ... show more
