    • Nice phone but it wouldn't take a charge.
When I got this phone it appeared to be new and in a new package but when I opened it up I noticed that it had a prepaid AT&T sim in the slot. So I took that sim out and put my Tello sim in and got it activated and set it up. It was about 50% charged when I got it and it seemed to work fine so I was very satisfied. But when I tried to charge it up completely it wouldn't take a charge. I went on Google and tried to find a solution but nothing worked. I finally got so frustrated about it that I took my new sim card out and threw the phone in the trash. Other than the charging problem it was a nice phone. ... show more

    • Battery life not great at all, Does the job of a phone but not if you like apps
I bought this for $50 because I am tired of spending so much on expensive smartphones. You get what you pay for, of course... the battery life is terrible, it charges very slowly, and it's a slow phone in general. If you just need a phone to make phonecalls and do some basic app stuff (if you don't mind how slow it is) - then it would be a decent phone for you. Most things are super slow - photos, Instagram, Nike Run Club, video editor, but weirdly Netflix plays movies play at a normal speed...so that's confusing Lol. Internet browsing also seems like a good speed. I don't know how it compares to other smartphones in a similar price range, but just want to give my honest opinion and review. I hate giving bad reviews but it's just not a great phone... ... show more

This phone looked OK, but it must have been a return because the "SimBros simkey" was not in the box. The phone is older, and has a removal battery that I liked. After I put in the sim card, battery and back plate and plugged the charger in...nothing.. The charging light indicator did not come on, but I let it charge for 1 full hour in hopes the light was just not working. After the hour I tried to turn on the phone and nothing. This is a total waist of time. DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU LIKE DISAPPOINTMENT. ... show more

I set it up correctly. The data bars were on. Text messages came through. The signal bars disappeared after about 30 minutes. I can't get any signal now. Back of phone is marked CRICKET. This phone is restricted to certain carriers and not UNLOCKED FOR ALL CARRIERS as claimed. Returning.

Doesn't even charge properly. For $50, I'm not expecting fast charging nor an all day battery but it should charge. Unless you want to use this for a teardown or repair it yourself, I don't recommend getting it because you'll send up with a $50 paperweight
