Spreads seed nicely. The recommended setting for seed is way too restrictive, set it to the maximum and it'll carpet the ground. Much easier than my old hand crank one. Better than my Scott’s spread that leaves lines. This works excellent and the battery lasts for a very long time. I use this on roughly 1/3 acre and it goes faster than the push behind Scott’s, more importantly it does a better job of spreading evenly.

A great little spreader! I have a desert hardscape yard and spread weed preventer over the whole yard in about 20 minutes. It spread the preventer very evenly and consistently. It also used very little battery doing the job. Would buy again.

Works pretty good. The adjustment is nice. My only complaint it that it doesn't shoot real far but I do recommend.

I'm very disappointed in this product. I used it only a few times and the trigger keeps sticking which prevents the unit from shutting off. It also jams frequently and sounds very clunky when running. Even though the seller states they have 24/7 post sales customer support and a one year warranty, there's no contact information. I contacted Amazon and they don't have contact information and only offered $15 coupon for future use. I would not purchase this item again and recommend others don't waste their money. ... show more
