    • This spreader was never designed to work
Whoever designed this spreader needs to attend an engineering class. This is probably the worst designed product I have ever seen and I have been in Industrial Design for almost 55 years. The gearbox is in no way fixed or attached to the axle in other words it is left to slide side to side which in turn stops the spreader plate from working intermittently. The gears themselves are just plastic and slip over each other as there is no mechanical design to stop this from happening . Amazon accepted the return which is only what I expect due to the long delay in delivery. ... show more
