The NVR system, is an excellent value for the money. Setup was relatively easy and pairing the cameras with the system was a breeze; just plug and play. The main part, video is clear and crisp (when not zoomed to the max) otherwise it's damn excellent. The app is user friendly, we can view 30sec video or the complete video whenever a motion is detected. The night vision can be recorded in color too and the video quality is decent enough. Wish the Cameras had spot/flood lights though. Had some glitch during the setup. When contacted the Customer service, they were very helpful, getting back to me in a very timely manner and resolved the problem. What I like the most is this NVR being a decent quality system, no buffering in streaming/recording (Dual antenna is the key here) and you no need to have Internet connection, unless you plan to use the mobile app. Overall happy with the purchase. ... show more

Approximately 6 months ago I purchased the OOSSXX 4 camera 5MP dual antenna security camera system. I have had no problems with the system. I have a 3000 sq, foot house and cameras on both sides of the house front and back and all cameras can communicate with the NVR. The picture is very clear on all cameras. I purchased 2 extra OOSSXX cameras and they are operating with the system. I replaced a BNC-connected system and the OOSSXX system has been much better. The only suggestion I will make is for OOSSXX to have a variable lens camera available for the system so you can get a little closer. Right now the 130% lens is quite wide for all applications. Overall: Great purchase. I most certainly recommend these cameras to anyone looking for a reliable, robust, and very fairly priced set of security cameras. I purchased these cameras about six months ago. I wanted to replace my old/fancy! SUNBA system. I have to say that was a great replacement. They are MUCH easier to work with. Very user friendly. Literally plug and play! Connections, installation: I have four cameras. The unit covers up to 8 cameras. I am going to purchase another set of 4. They easily connect to Wi-Fi and their coverage is very good. One of the cameras in front of the house is about 150 ft (50 m) away from the main unit and I have never had any issues with the connection. My internet speed is about 250 Mbps. The instruction manual and the videos on the amazon purchase link were very easy to follow. It took me an hour to connect everything, including deciding where to put them. Mounting goes with two easy simple screw on any surface. It is very convenient that cameras are wireless, and you do not need to use long cables to connect them to the main unit. Though you need to find a way to plug them into power. I used low gauge extension wires (16 gauge) to send power to each camera from a nearby outlet. Shopping and delivery: Considering the given quality, I think this product comes at a very reasonable price. There are so many other products on the market with lower camera quality (3 MP) which are at least 50% more expensive. I got them on Amazon prime, received them within a couple of days, in perfect packaging. I did not have any issues with the product and did not need to contact customer services, but I was reading (I studied so many different models!) that they are very helpful if you run into any issues. Quality of image: The image quality (5MP) is very good. I can easily read the license plate of a car in my driveway with the camera in the parking garage, about 150 ft away. The night vision is also very good. The little red light on the camera provides enough background light to see everything within about 50 ft even in the absolute darkness. Sensitivity: You can set the sensitivity of the camera for recording any movements. You may also receive notifications about that. I reduced those to a reasonable amount to show larger objects moving, like humans, rather than the movements of a spider in front of the camera. App: The app is very responsive and easy to work with. If you do not use it for a while and then decide to open it, within a few seconds it connects to the source and gives you live images. For about a month you will have access to the cloud for free. It nicely allows you to go back and watch the movements on the recorded videos for the past few days. You may control it to show you exact minutes and seconds of a day. It highlights when movements have happened, so you do not waste time watching hours and days of recording. After the free trial, you still have full access to the previous recordings, though it does not highlight the recorded movements anymore. You can easily toggle between cameras, double click on one image to make it full screen or just see them all side by side.     • For the money ,you cant go wrong
This is the 2nd camera system I have purchased from OOSSXX company. The first unit was good and work well, but I wanted a PTZ camera system instead. I purchased this new PTZ camera system unboxed all 8 cams, with on issues. I installed the units around my home in under 4 hrs, now its all running perfect and I can rest assured my home and property is protected and i can view anytime, anywhere i have a cell singal.
