These tools work well with good construction, but very small. Guess they are perfect for smaller hands! But they are very cheap! For the cost of one quality sheer you can probably three sets of these cutters. Probably very good for house plants, but not very practical for outdoor plants like rose bushes. Great product, they worl well. The only issue is with the lock on the scissors. When you turn the scissors upside down the lock moves and blocks the ability to cut.
