Our leave-in conditioner for men and women with a 4C curl pattern can also be used as a leave in conditioner for dry, damaged hair for people with all hair types. I've used this product now a couple of times on my 4C hair. I do like the way the product smells. Found that it took longer than normal to dry, maybe I used too much. When dried was a bit flaky. I found it to be no better than the current products I use. I will continue to use it as it's not cheap. If I find better results after many uses, I will update this review. ... show more

I liked the fact that the product comes filled to the top. My hair has different curl patterns. The back curls easier than the front. I was pleasantly surprised that as soon as I applied the product the front started to show good curl definition. You do need to make your hair sopping wet before applying the product to prevent that white residue. For low porosity hair I recommend using warm water as it helps with product absorption. I am only giving four stars because the product did not give as much moisture to my hair as I wanted. The smell was fine and it did leave my hair feeling soft without the crunch. I like the consistency of this product as well as the scent. I really wanted it to work but it leaves a white build up on your hair. I had to wash my hair again the next day to get it out. Too bad it can’t be repurposed since it’s expensive.
