After exchange of info they sent me a new remote free of charge. It took forever to arrive, but they had furnished the tracking #. It’s very nice, extremely heavy, I don’t like the slight hum noise even with heater off. The options of colors and flame, timer, etc is nice. Rocks only one type comes, the broken fake sticks aren’t as nice but in summary it’s nice.i thought i got w/ app but apparently there are two different ones..

The media could not be loaded. Can’t use the heater on high without it overheating and shutting off. Super heartbroken cause I’ve had my eye on this for months and it’s expensive. Contacted manufacturer and was offered a 50% refund. Accepted their offer as it’s better than nothing. The Alexa feature is nice but it’s the only “pro” for me at this point. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This electric heater has lots of light colors to choose from and looks pretty realistic. The thermostat sucks and does not work. You have to turn the heat up way higher than you want to get it to even come on.
