Great for my size, 5'8",160lbs, it has a small floor base which is not ideal if you're tall. But the scooter has great power, lasts all day and more(theme Park plus a 4 mile trip to a friend's house) folds down and I can lift the front end up to car trunk and pivot the back end right into the trunk easily. 300lb weight capacity makes it heavy duty also. As an older individual (70) the weight and size makes it not practical to lift and fit into a vehicle trunk or cargo area. Very easy to operate and battery life is as advertised. The Scooter works great! I added an air horn, rear view mirror and carrying satchel. I went to the Metro Mobility web site and saw an item I was interested in purchasing. I called them and left a message. They never called back. I left an email. I did get a reply, asking me if I ever got a call. I replied, No. They never replied to my reply either. I have come to the conclusion that Metro Mobility's customer service is nonexistent. ... show more
