I am writing about shipping and sellers 8 day delivery Several delivery dates, finally being told to call back if not received by July 15 th. I was plesantly surprised when it came on July 14 th. 8 days after original order. Very nice scooter For a very reasonable price. The headlight and basket is a bonus. I had a slight issue that was not the sellers fault but they handled it like professionals. Super impressed. Would definitely buy this scooter and from this company again. Thank you.

The pamphlet didn’t give clear directions to assemble. the basket was broke- the wheel in the back was broke (the one to use to roll) customer contact is much delayed to notify for replacement parts. what I dislike is the manual written instructions for the mobility scooter. The instructions were poorly written and the picture illustrations were poorly demonstrated. No contact phone number was provided. I would not recommend the seller.
